A 30-minute working session. We ask about your business, your current digital infrastructure, what is and is not working, and what you are trying to accomplish. We share what we think makes sense based on what we hear. If something does not make sense for your situation, we will tell you. If there is a fit, we scope the project on the call or follow up with a formal scope document. If there is not a fit, we will tell you that too.
No. Some clients want us to build the system, deliver it, and manage it themselves from that point forward. That is a clean project engagement with no ongoing commitment. If you want us working in your business every month after delivery, that is a separate retainer agreement you opt into. The retainer is not tied to the project — it is an ongoing relationship because you want us continuing to build on what we delivered.
A website build typically runs 4 to 8 weeks depending on scope and design complexity. An AI agent system build runs 3 to 6 weeks — the training and testing phase is not something we rush. A full infrastructure build covering website, AI stack, and CRM integration typically runs 8 to 14 weeks. Timeline is confirmed in the scope document before contract signing. We do not give you a launch date and then miss it.
